Guest House & Rates

The Pioneer Point Guest House is a 500 sq. ft. rental unit that sleeps up to 4 people. The unit includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, wireless high speed Internet, and cell phone range. The Guest House is situated next door to hosts’ CJ and Pete’s home on the banks of the Ottawa River. Meals are not provided, however there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby to provide for your food and beverage needs.

Nightly Rate

$85 + taxes for single/double occupancy. (min. 2-night stay)
Each additional person is $10 (max. 4 people)

Weekly Rate (Friday to Friday)

$425 for single/double occupancy.
Each additional person is $50 (max. 4 people)

Payment

All rates in Canadian dollars. 12% tax is not included in rates.

We accept Canadian and American cash, VISA and MasterCard. A credit card imprint is required at check-in for a security deposit.

Please note that you must be 18 year of age or older to rent the Guest House or you must be accompanied by an adult.
Check in time: 2:00pm. Check out time: 11:00am.
