Our secluded setting offers a rest from the urban hustle and bustle. However, there are services within a several minute drive that allow you to stock up on supplies for your stay.

Beachburg

From the driveway, take a right on Grant Settlement Road, a left on Powers Road (opposite the put-in), a right at the T-intersection/stop sign, a right at the next stop sign will put you on the main street of Beachburg. Less than 10 min. drive from guest house.

- Beachburg Restaurant (Canadian and Chinese fare – across street from LCBO):
- LCBO – Beer and Liquor
- Pharmacy
- ATM – Scotia Bank

All of the above services are located along the Main St. Hours of Operation are posted in the Guest House.

Pembroke

Follow the main road through Beachburg past the restaurant and continue approx. 20 minutes into Pembroke. Pembroke offers numerous services, including gas, fast food, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

Renfrew

Renfrew offers many services similar to Pembroke. See directions on Location page. Approx. 40 min. from guest house.

Foresters Falls

The closest gas station is in Foresters Falls at Annie’s Gas Bar. From the driveway, take a left on Grant Settlement, right on Boundary Road, a left at the 1st stop sign, a left at the next stop sign. Annie’s is on the right in 1⁄2 mile. Approx. 10 min. from guest house.

Lapasse

Lapasse doesn’t offer many services other than the highly recommended Fisherman’s Rest restaurant. From the driveway, take a right on Grant Settlement, go to 1st stop sign, right on Lapasse Road . The Fisherman’s Rest is on your left as you enter Lapasse. Approx. 10 min from guest house.

The Beachburg area is a beautiful place to visit.
